I would say the only con is if you don’t buy the subscription, You cannot schedule deliveries on their box. I love to use that because of the differences in time zone. Very Fair subscription price. If you get a massage and have the therapist focus on your neck and shoulders due to pain and stiffness, you should get this product. It is strong and can be placed in the location needed most. Not just neck but really strong on trapezoids. Loosening mine up better than my last 3 massages. You can do it every day. Battery life is good, as described on the box. Charges up fast after first charge. Easy to clean.
